What do we do?
We create custom made ALL aluminium doors and some types of windows + more. We stock a large range of hardware in our showroom that can be ordered in for you.
What is the process?
- Provide us with your approx. sizing & design
- We will quote you
- If you are happy with the quote we will invoice you for deposit payment
- We then require accurate measurements either from your own installer or our preferred installer if you desire (site measure)
- We then issue you with a shop drawing for sign off, confirm all sizing, design, hardware.
- Goes into the production que
- When finished (8-10 weeks later) we will send you complete images and invoice for final invoice balance.
- Finalise delivery and or install date.
Do you do timber or steel doors?
No, all of our products are Aluminum, timber look is created through using Knotwood's coating. To mimic the look of steel doors we use slim profile aluminium.
Can I design my own door?
Yes, we highly encourage you to come us with your own design, we will do our best to work with you and create something spectacular.
Are your products made locally?
Yes, all of our products are manufactured locally on the Gold Coast.
What is the lead time?
Our general lead time is approx. 10 weeks from sign off of shop drawing, please allow time upfront for quoting, site measure if needed, issue of shop drawings etc. The 10 weeks will start not from deposit payment but from final sign off.
Do you install?
We are a supply only business, but work very closely with a couple installers that service, Northern NSW to Brisbane. Installers outside this zone may be possible. Please contact us.
Do you have any other showrooms?
No, we are only located in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast.
Do you ship interstate?
Yes, we do. Custom made timber crate protection and shipping is at the cost of the customer and is approx. $1000 - $3000 dependent on product and location. You are more then welcome to arrange your own collection from our warehouse.
How do I get a quote?
Please email us with your H x W of your opening, include the name of our door or any inspiration images you have, all contact info and location of job.
What is H x W?
The height by the width of the whole opening, if you plan to also replace the door frame, please measure from the wall to wall opening. This doesn't need to be perfect, but as close as you can for quoting purposes only. An accurate measure will need to happen prior to fabrication of the door.
Do you have any products off the shelf in standard sizes?
No we do not, all of our items are made to order.
Do you have minimum or maximum sizing?
Yes, we do have some restrictions for specific products, please check the information on each product.
What locks and handles can I choose from?
We have a range of locks and handles on display in our showroom from our some of our preferred suppliers. Please see the Locks & Handles page to see direct links to their websites. Alternatively if you have your own hardware you can supply it and we can install it on the door whilst we are making it in the factory.
What colour can my door be?
We have 3 different options;
- Powder coating, see the full range of colours here from Dulux or Interpon

- Knotwood, see their range of timber look finishes, https://www.knotwood.com.au/
We have sample swatches of most of the range in our showroom.
Can I keep my door frame and just get a new door?
Yes absolutely, as long as your door frame can accommodate your desired door, contact us to check.
